BREAKING NEWS!!! Money Managers LLC closed 7 loan modificaitons last week, which not only reduced its clients mortgage payments by an average of $1,100.00 per month but stopped the foreclosure process and saved their home. It is safe to say that Money Managers LLC is indeed helping its clients beat the bank by helping them get approved for governement backed programs like, the HAMP and Making it Home Affordable. We closed a rental property that was with Bank of America and not only did we help our client get a 2.0% Int rate but it is known in the industry that BOA does not modify rental properties.
